CSC 406: Systems I
Midterm exam info
The section 702 midterm exam will be held during class time on
Thursday, October 7 from 5:45 PM to 7:15 PM in the usual classroom
(CDM 222). (Note that I will lecture from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.)
Students in section 711 should schedule their proctored exam through
D2L.
The exam will be closed book/notes and covers chapter 2 of the BO
textbook and the material that I have covered in weeks 1 to 4 (but
not including the material on arrays, structs, pointer arithmetic,
and malloc covered in week 4). More details about the midterm exam
were given in the live week 4 lecture right after I went over the
datalab solutions.
In order to prepare for the exam, view the week 1-4 lecture
recordings, read chapter 2, and do all the practice problems in
these chapters. Make sure you can solve all homework problems as
well as all datalab puzzles. Again, view the recording of the live
week 4 lecture for more info about the midterm exam questions.
